This is an official HavenCredible remix of the 2014 track, Their Days Are Over, from the previously released album, Gravity Works Different Here. The redo features samples of the great KRS-1 and a kid, Josh Sacco(?), who is re-enacting a speech by Boston Red Sox luminary. And you can hear that Mtume beat scrambled, in addition to a Brazilian piece that was sampled.
The energy of this song is carefree and just letting you know that "your" time is now. Your competition, these other people who came before you, their days are over. A bit of encouragement and to get the battery in your back and get going to do big things.
